Prebiotic Tuna Squeeze Treats for Cats

These joyfull lickable cat treats arrived today. They have a probiotic in them which makes me feel good about giving them to my cats. The cats can be pretty finicky when it comes to treats so I’m always concerned they may not like them. When I open the package the cats must have known that they were treats cause they were all over them. Once the treat was open they went nuts. Directly to the bowl they went. They love the flavor. Feels good knowing they enjoy this treat that’s good for them.

My cats had learned to open cabinets because of these things! I cannot keep them away from them when I come home from work, they have them scattered amongst the floor in the kitchen! They can’t open them, but they sure try! Really great flavor obviously, my cats are extremely picky! Extremely good quality I like that they’re probiotic! I feel like I’m doing right by them. These are a little bit more expensive, but I like that they have better nutrition and their probiotic. Easy to use !

The cats eat it. Nice to have an appetite inducer. Not crazy about the Guar Gum ingredient....not good for cats that have gut issues...hence 1 less star on rating. Box arrived smashed in an envelope....but no product damage.

This is the second Joyfull cat product we've tried for our picky senior kitty, and she has approved of both! These Joyfull Lickable Cat Treats seemed like a nice way to reward our kitty without giving her "junk." I like that we are working on her digestive health while curing her mid-day cravings. She ran up to the pouch as soon as it was opened to give these treats a taste, and she stayed for more. There is no strong smell associated with the tuna flavor that I noticed upon opening unlike other brands; that leads me to believe they are fresh and perhaps better quality than what she's had in the past. The ingredient list is short and simple which I'm paying more and more attention to as our girl ages. I'm impressed with the quality and definitely see the value in a brand that keeps their ingredients to a minimum and is working to improve the quality of life for kitties through their gut health.

I feed feral cats and have 2 that have decided to make my back patio home (which I love) - they still have not let me within touch them yet - keeping hope alive. I give them cat crack (lickable treats) on top of their food to brighten their day. These were a big hit. I compared the ingredients of this and the name brand I use and these definitely have better ingredients and a richer texture (see this brand on the left and economy brand on the right in the picture). I like that the first ingredient is fish broth instead of water, with no other fillers in it. While they are a little pricey, I think it is worth it for the health properties and will use these for my two special ones and use my economy brand for mass feeding. I have not noticed any change digestion but am happy knowing I am giving them something healthy that they love.

I have two Exotic Shorthair cats with very different eating habits. One is a "will eat your shoe" type of eater, while the other is usually very picky about food and snacks.

Simply put, both of them loved these tuna squeeze treats. They found them delicious and immediately begged for more after finishing their share. It is rare to find a treat that satisfies both of them so well. Since these come in individual tubes, they are easy to serve. If you have cats with different tastes, these are definitely worth trying.

I am VERY impressed by these cat treats!! We’ve been a Churu household forever, but when our youngest (pictured, tabby) got put on an antibiotics-probiotics regimen, I figured I’d try this cuz why not. The first three days, before this arrived, she would try to run when she saw us shaking her antibiotics bottle cuz she knew medicine was coming. (Even though I gave her a Churu right after.) Since switching to these treats, she’ll run up expectantly while the bottle is being shaken, and basically jump into my arms to be held for her medicine because now she knows *this* treat comes after! She still hates the medicine, but she doesn’t gag or run after, but stands patiently awaiting her treat. :) Even our other two cats come running, now, when Gwen gets her medicine, because they want some of this treat!! 😂 It’s a mega hit and now I definitely have to add these to the treat lineup.

These treats are an absolute hit in my house — my cats literally fight over them. The tube format is genius because they know it’s treat time the second they see it, and they come running. It’s easy to control portions, less messy than loose treats, and perfect as a high-value reward. Great for bonding, training, or just spoiling them a little. If your cats are picky, this is one they won’t turn down.

Utter hysteria broke out after the cats got a taste of this. I like the inclusion of probiotics, digestion support is always helpful, especially with a high acidity ingredient like tuna. I also love a sustainable product, and the tuna in this is wild caught. Cost wise, it works out to about a dollar a tube, which I consider fair for the quality. I give this as a yummy, occasional "extra" so I expect the box to last a bit. As a brand, Joyfull products are really good-- not full of junk, and the company supports ethical practices.

These are an expensive way to give your cat some fiber. At more than $1/0.5oz (at the time I'm writing this), these are significantly higher in price than the major name-brand Churu lickable treats, which also have ingredients classified as prebiotics like tapioca starch and guar gum (and which also are free of artificial colors or preservatives). The name brand doesn't seem to have any recipes with inulin, but some do have fructooligosaccharides, which can serve a similar function. You could always mix your own inulin or another fiber source like pumpkin puree or psyllium fiber into the cheaper name-brand treats for a similar effect.

That being said, if you're trying to avoid natural flavors or have some other reason to object to the major name brand option and the price of these doesn't bother you, these are a fine option. The consistency is good: thick enough to not be runny and drippy out of the tube but not so thick that it's difficult for the cat to enjoy. The flavor seems to be good: my cat who is normally picky about having the same flavors multiple times in a row has happily eaten these pretty much daily for about a week. You do only get the one flavor from this brand, though, so you won't be able to provide a variety if your cat is even pickier about that than mine. These have perhaps helped contribute to an improvement in the consistency of his stool, and at the very least they haven't wrecked him.

Our Simba got these Lickable tuna flavored treats in his stocking today…and he absolutely loves them! The wild-caught tuna flavor caught his attention right away! We like that they’re easy to squeeze and will be perfect for quick rewards. The added prebiotics will keep his digestion happy, which gives us peace of mind beyond just the taste. With 24 tubes in the pack, these are a great value! We think they’re ideal for everyday treats or special indulgences. I highly recommend them for any cat who loves a flavorful, healthy snack! 🐱❤️ They also make a great stocking stuffer!

My cats absolutely love these lickable tuna cat treats! What cat doesn't love tuna? The ingredients are quality and limited. It's pretty much just wild caught tuna and a few ingredients to make it into a thick paste with added prebiotics to aid in your cat's digestive health. Whether it really helps my cats or not, I am not sure. I just like that these are hydrating treats for them.

They're easy to use and tear off the top to squeeze out. You can put it directly in a dish like I usually do, use as a food topper or squeeze it out slowly as your cat eats directly from it.

$32 for a box of 24 half ounce tubes is rather pricey, but taking that it's wild caught tuna into consideration, the price is fair.

All four of my cats come running when these are offered. I squeeze them onto a plate for the cats to lick up. The box arrived quite damaged, but the pouches are durable and were unharmed. These smell like food (tuna), not stinky like some other treats.

I have one cat who often vomits after eating treats. She's had these twice so far with no tummy issues.

I'm not a chemist or nutritionist so I can't give an independent assessment of the nutritional value of this supplement. But all the information on the ;package sounds reasonable. Which makes me feel like I'm doing something positive for my cat. Most importantly for me is that my cat loves it. She eats mostly dry food that's left out, but I feed her a little bit of wet food twice a day. Even if I give her a variety she likes, she tends to leave a little in the bowl. I squeeze a bit of Joyfull Lickable Cat Treats on top of what's left and she digs right in. Sometimes she just licks the treat off the top. I also sometimes take a little bit of dry food in a small bowl and squeeze some over it. She really likes that. Bottom line is that this treat is a hit, and if it's as healthful as it claims to be, that's a plus.

These prebiotic treats support digestive health. They are tuna flavored . They have a strong odor but the cats don’t mind. This affordable 24 count cat treat is great tasting but it’s also good for my cats. I’m so excited to find a healthy treat that that all my cats love. The kitties give them🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
